You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of the financial data you enter. We process it solely to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting us.

4. Not financial or tax advice

Calculations shown in Kapex Flow (sales tax, income tax, PAYE, etc.) are estimates based on the rates you configure. They are not tax, legal, or accounting advice. Verify with a qualified professional before filing.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but provide the service on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or calculation errors.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
